Before placing an RMA request, please make sure you’ve reviewed your case with our technical support team or with your authorized GenPOS or Eclipse™ reseller.
RMA AND SUPPORT REQUEST
End-users should try to obtain support from their local authorized Eclipse™ reseller before contacting GenPOS support directly. End-users will be referred to an authorized Eclipse™ reseller.
